HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY FOR ACCP ANNUAL MEETING ATTENDEES

(as of 9/8/2022)

ACCP is committed to the health and safety of Attendees of the 2022 Annual Meeting. While we cannot remove all risks, we are committed to continually monitoring the state of the pandemic and will follow Centers for Disease Control and local guidance as it applies to travel and conducting in-person meetings, including continually updating guidelines as necessary.

ACCP is deeply respectful of the right of our Annual Meeting Attendees to make their own choices on wearing face coverings. While current guidance is that they are not required, we realize everyone’s situation and comfort level is different and respect your personal decision.

We ask that all attendees abide by the following:
  • If you have experienced symptoms or have been exposed, confirm that you have received a negative result from a COVID-19 test (rapid antigen or PCR) within 48 hours of the first day of the meeting
  • Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov
  • Are not under any self-quarantine orders
  • Abide by all applicable regulations and health and safety protocols
We will not be checking vaccine cards onsite but ask that you follow the CDC's recommendations on protecting yourself and others to ensure a safe environment for all Attendees. .
